In connection with the car + driver hire service provided through rentadriver.pt, we collect the following personal data voluntarily provided by users:

Data is collected through the quote request, contact and partner application forms available on the website.

Personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. In the context of service delivery, data may be shared with Rent a Driver drivers and operational partners, to the extent strictly necessary for the execution of the contracted service.

To protect the website against spam and misuse, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google LLC (USA). This service may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection under Art. 45 GDPR.

Additionally, the website uses Google LLC's mapping services to display routes and location information in the quote form.
